We normally use 2 different brands of shirts
The first is a 4.5 oz wrinkle resistant poly/cotton blend with open collar. Men's has a back box pleat and left chest pocket. This shirt is slightly more fitted than the 100% cotton.

The second is a 6.5 oz 100% cotton twill with button down collar. Men's has left chest pocket.

Both shirts are available in short sleeves. Some of the men's colors are available in Talls.
